We're looking for a friendly and reliable Part-Time Team Member to join our pool shop

About the Role:

You'll be working 4 days a week (Thursday to Sunday), helping keep the shop running smoothly. Your duties will include:

  • Assisting customers with enquiries in-store and over the phone
  • Restocking shelves and keeping the shop tidy
  • Answering calls and returning customer enquiries
  • General office administration and support

About You:

  • Great customer service and communication skills
  • Reliable, organised and able to multitask
  • Comfortable using phones and basic computer systems
  • Previous retail or admin experience is a bonus, but not essential
  • Previous Pool experience is a bonus, but not essential
