What we're looking for

  • A Certificate III in Aged Care/ disability or completed 2 placements
  • Experience working as an Assistant in Nursing or similar healthcare role
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively as part of a team
  • A genuine passion for providing high-quality, person-centered care
  • Demonstrated compassion, empathy, and a commitment to patient well-being
  • The ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing situations
