We seek qualified and passionate employees who are prepared to consult with our clients to help them reconnect with their "best me" endota spa North Adelaide is currently seeking an experience full-time Spa Manager who is confident in inspiring and motivating a dedicated team of therapists and managing the day to day running of the spa. Spa Managers are required to work Tuesday - Saturday endota spa North Adelaide is located on O'Connell street and is a peaceful and rejuvenating 6 bedroom spa that specializes in relaxation, remedial, deep tissue, pregnancy and hot rock massages, organic and advanced facials, body wraps and scrubs, manicures, pedicures, waxing and spray tans. Induction period and training will be provided whilst on the job. The responsibilities of our Spa Manager include: - preparation and cleanliness of the spa to meet brand standards - Managing client bookings and client expectations - Manage the rostering and performance of the team, ensuring adherence to protocols and leading them to success - Developing and implementing team incentives to encourage the strength and development of the team - Managing and meeting operating budgets and sales targets, in particular achieving retail performance - managing administration tasks including payroll, stock ordering and stock take - Working closely with Spa Owners to achieve goals and targets of the business - At least 2 years' experience in a managerial/leadership role - Preferably experience with endota - Ability to lead and motivate the team of therapists to achieve the highest standard of client care - Experience monitoring the training and development of a team - strong business acumen - good problem solving skills - good computer skills with the ability to prioritise administration tasks - exceptional presentation, communication and customer service skills - ability to learn about, and consult on, our beautiful range of products Experience in spa, health and wellness or beauty industry is preferred and proven sales ability with products and services is desirable.
