Hello, this is Hero Sushi.

Hero Sushi is a sushi takeaway and restaurant brand operating around 50 stores across Australia, with most locations managed directly by the head office.

As we continue to expand, we are currently looking for a Second Manager to join our team.

Shop 48, 14-16 Hall St, Moonee Ponds, VIC 3039

[Position]

Second Manager (Full-time, flexible schedule, approximately 38–45 hours per week)

  • Priority hiring for Moonee Ponds
  • Long-term position with potential for store management and team leadership responsibilities

[Salary]

  • Training period (probation 4–6 weeks, depending on individual capability)
  • After training, depending on store size: $29/hour
  • Adult, Hourly, Before tax + 12% Super + Annual leave + Sick leave

Weekend rates x1.25–1.5, Public holidays x2.25, Overtime x1.5 or x2 as applicable

[Responsibilities]

  • Store operations and management
  • Team supervision and staff training
  • Sushi and menu quality control
  • Managing and reporting store sales

[Requirements]

  • Must have a TFN
  • Visa holders eligible to work full-time
  • Flexible availability
  • Good health
  • Able to communicate in English
