As a Senior Mechanical Building Services Engineer in our Buildings team, you'll help design healthier, innovative, sustainable spaces, to imagine a better world and leave a legacy that improves the world we live in.

Your Role Will Involve:

  • Designing smarter systems - evaluating, optimising and designing HVAC systems that balance health, comfort, compliance, energy efficiency and carbon neutrality.

  • Collaborating across disciplines - working closely with clients, architects, and engineers to deliver integrated, high-performing buildings.

  • Championing innovation - exploring new technology and sustainable solutions to solve challenges in bold, creative ways.

What You Bring:

You're a team player with a passion for sustainable design, ready to lead and learn in equal measure. We're especially interested in experience with:

  • More than 7+ years experience in Mechanical systems HVAC design (Chilled water systems, VRF, BMS, IES, Medical Gases, automation, etc.)

  • Healthcare design using the WA Health Facility Guidelines

  • Working to Australian codes and sustainability standards

  • Clear communication, leading mechanical designs and strong project collaboration

  • Ability for baseline clearance is desirable
