Join MACS' Digital Re-Imagination Program as an SAP Solution Architect, designing and leading end-to-end Finance ERP solutions (SAP S/4HANA). This role suits a senior ERP professional with strong architecture expertise and the ability to align technology design with business strategy.

WHAT YOU WILL DO

• Design the end-to-end architecture for Finance ERP solutions, ensuring alignment with business goals, HR, Payroll strategy, and IT standards.
• Translate Finance business processes and requirements into robust technical specifications and solution designs
• Collaborate with stakeholders, technical teams, and vendors to gather and analyse business and non-functional requirements and drive consensus.
• Guide configuration, customisation and integration of the Finance ERP platform with systems such as HCM, payroll, timekeeping, and identity management.
• Define and implement role-based access controls, data security models and audit requirements aligned with regulatory standards.
• Facilitate workshops and clearly communicate architectural decisions to both technical and non-technical standards

ABOUT YOU

• Proven track record of designing and implementing end-to-end Finance (ERP) solutions across platforms such as SAP S/4 HANA Rise or Grow, Oracle Financials, HCM (e.g. Success factors and Workday), SAP Ariba or Coupa products, with additional knowledge of platforms like Synergetic and TechnologyOne.
• Demonstrate experience leading multi-module ERP implementations and managing the broader ERP ecosystem.
• Ability to translate complex business requirements into scalable, efficient and secure technology solutions.
• Demonstrated ability to lead solution design efforts across large transformation programs and evaluate complex requirements to propose innovative, scalable solutions.
• Skilled in engaging and influencing senior Finance, IT, and executive stakeholders to align technical solutions with strategic business goals.
