Select Insulation is a young and growing WA company, recognised for our great customer service, friendly team and quality products. Based in Wangara (soon moving to Neerabup), we're passionate about what we do and are looking for motivated people to join our crew.

The Role

We've got 2 casual positions available Monday & Tuesday OR Tuesday & Thursday , with the option for extra shifts when available for a Production Operator. You'll help manufacture roofing blanket, operate machinery, and pitch in with general warehouse tasks. No experience? No worries — we'll train you on everything you need to know.

This role is hands-on and active, so it's perfect if you like to stay busy and don't want to be stuck behind a desk.

What we're looking for

  • A positive, reliable attitude (we can teach you the rest).
  • Team player who enjoys working with others.
  • Physically capable of lifting 20kg+.
  • Forklift license (preferred, but we'll still consider you if you don't have one yet).
  • Driver's license & transport to get to our warehouse.

What you'll do

  • Operate and monitor machinery (training provided).
  • Help prepare raw materials and samples.
  • Assist with loading/unloading deliveries.
  • Keep the warehouse tidy and safe.
  • Work with the team to meet production targets.
