We're looking for a Senior Test Analyst
(Accessibility)**
who is passionate about ensuring technology is inclusive and accessible to all. This role goes beyond standard testing it's about shaping systems that genuinely improve user experiences for people of all abilities.

As part of a high-performing team, you'll be responsible for delivering accessibility-focused testing across a range of cloud-hosted applications, including Salesforce, mobile platforms, and SAP CRM Portals. You'll play a key role in embedding accessibility into functional testing processes and delivering meaningful outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

  • Prepare accessibility test cases, scripts, and execute testing documenting results, managing defects, and ensuring clear test documentation.
  • Consult with delivery teams to integrate accessibility requirements and objectives.
  • Provide input to the Test Manager on Accessibility Test Plans.
  • Conduct accessibility and
    WCAG 2.1
    analysis for changes, preparing and executing testing phases in line with best practice.
  • Design, develop, and implement test frameworks using accessibility tools (e.g., WAVE, JAWS, ZoomText).
  • Establish accessibility testing guidelines across multiple systems and applications.
  • Ensure accessibility test cases and scripts are maintained and executed to meet release and project requirements.
  • Review test outcomes and contribute to continuous improvement of testing practices.
  • Deliver documentation that highlights accessibility testing results and outcomes.

Essential Criteria

  • At least 5 years of testing experience in Accessibility & WCAG testing within cloud-hosted applications and CRM portal systems.
  • Experience running end-to-end accessibility audits on cloud products.
  • Minimum 2+ years dedicated accessibility testing experience in medium-to-large scale systems.
  • Strong understanding of WCAG 2.1 guidelines and their application to UX testing.
  • Proficiency with accessibility testing tools such as WAVE, JAWS, ZoomText, or similar.
