Since its establishment in 1989, Contract Resources (CR) has experienced impressive growth, expanding globally and becoming a leading provider of specialised industrial and mechanical services to refineries, petrochemical plants, and industrial plants. With offices strategically located in Australia, New Zealand, and the Middle East, we are well-positioned to take on projects for clients around the world.
About the Role
Due to continued growth and a strong pipeline of work heading into 2026, we're looking for experienced Boiler Operators (also known as Boiler Technicians) to join our team for upcoming projects across a range of sites in the Oil & Gas, Mining, Heavy Industry, and Energy sectors.
These roles are ideal for candidates who are reliable, safety-focused, and ready to work as part of a skilled team on major projects throughout the year.
Point of Hire is open to all Australian capital cities, including Perth (WA), Adelaide (SA), Melbourne (VIC), Sydney (NSW), Brisbane (QLD), and Darwin (NT).
Requirements & Experience Needed
- 1-2 years experience operating Boilers within the Oil & Gas industry.
- HRWL with BI or BA (essential).
- Construction Induction (White Card).
- Working at Heights certificate (within 2 years - essential).
- Confined Space Entry certificate (within 2 years - essential).
- Gas Test Atmosphere certificate (within 2 years – essential).
- Current Drivers Licence (essential).
- High Risk Work License – LF/Dogman/Rigger (advantageous).
- Full Australian work rights.
