**Key Responsibilities**:
- **Quality Assurance**: Ensure all images meet the company's high standards before delivery to clients.
- **Custom Editing**: Perform custom edits based on client specifications, such as creating composite images or special effects.
- **Technical Troubleshooting**: Address and resolve any technical issues related to editing software and hardware.
- **Workflow Management**: Organise and manage the workflow for editing projects to ensure timely delivery.
- **File Management**: Maintain an organised structure of folders and backups to ensure easy access and retrieval.
- **Creative Input**: Provide input and ideas for enhancing images and visual storytelling techniques.
- **Stay Updated**: Keep abreast of the latest trends, techniques, and software in photography and image editing.
- **Collaboration**: Work closely with the team to ensure consistency and coherence in the final product.
**Required Qualifications/Experience**:
- Diploma in Photography through TAFE or similar RTO, providing hands-on experience.
- Minimum of 3 years in a similar role.
- Demonstrable knowledge of Adobe CC Suite (Bridge, Photoshop & Premiere Pro) on Mac.
**Desirable Experience**:
- Certification in Advanced Photoshop Techniques.
- Experience in Bridge/Lightroom: Proficiency in managing and editing large batches of images.
- Video Editing Skills: Using video editing software like Adobe Premiere Pro or Final Cut Pro.
- Colour Grading: Experience and knowledge of advanced color grading techniques.
- Graphic Design: Knowledge of softwares such as Canva, Adobe Illustrator and InDesign.
- Social Medias: Ability to leverage social media for marketing photography services
**Work Environment**:
Centrally based in Northbridge, our office is a short commute to public transport with parking available nearby. You will join a team of six on various rosters, ensuring a supportive and collaborative environment.
We operate out of our fully customised boutique studio, 'Studio Northbridge,' designed to inspire creativity and efficiency. The studio offers a modern, comfortable, and well-equipped workspace that fosters innovation and collaboration among our team members.
