We are seeking a highly creative and detail-oriented Interiors Graphics Specialist to join our design team. This role is at the forefront of communicating our FF&E design intent, producing compelling design presentations, materials boards, and layout plans that bring our concepts to life.

Move-in have developed a unique portfolio over the last 21 years and are the industry leader specialising in design led, turn-key furniture, finishes and equipment (FF&E) services for the property development and accommodation sectors. We work in partnership with developers and project teams on all aspects of design, manufacture, procurement and installation.

Position Outline

Under the direction of the Brand + Marketing Manager, this role will prepare and coordinate graphic collateral for tenders, proposals, and client submissions, ensuring that our design vision is clearly and beautifully communicated. This role is ideal for an interior designer with a passion for visual storytelling and a strong flair for graphic presentation.

The following are required to succeed in the role:

  1. Degree or diploma in Interior Design
  2. Experience in interior design, with a focus on FF&E/interior presentations preferred
  3. MS Office Suite proficiency (Outlook, Excel, Word)
  4. Adobe Suite proficiency (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop)
  5. Demonstrated, excellent graphic design skills with a keen eye for layout, typography, and visual hierarchy
  6. Social media landscape familiarity
  7. Collaborative mindset
  8. Excellent communication and organisation skills
  9. Ability to work under pressure, manage multiple deadlines, and deliver high-quality work in a fast-paced environment.
