We have a strong focus on Italian cuisine using fresh produce baked in house.

We are looking to hire a breakfast chef with previous experience working in a similar setting.

About the Role This position is casual/ full time, 5 days a week including weekends, no nights. We are open from 6.30-3pm weekdays and 7-3 weekends.

What We Are Looking For - We are looking for a breakfast chef with passion and knowledge in the kitchen.

  • Prior experience in Café Preferred of at least 2 years
  • An eye for detail and must be able to produce well presented dishes.
  • Dedication and Motivation in the Kitchen
  • Consistency in Quality
  • Be able to create Seasonal Menus
  • Weekly Specials
  • Preparation of food to a high standard
  • Ordering
  • Stock Control
  • Must be available weekends
  • Strong team focus - must be able to communicate with front of house team for smooth service.
  • Ability to solve problems and think-on-your-feet.
