About the Role:
Reporting to the Site Manager, we are seeking a Part Time Admin All-Star to provide administrative support to our team.
Tasks include:·
- Receptionist/Switchboard Duties
- General Admin support to the team including assisting in reporting, data entry, charts, presentations etc
- Management of administration of expenses in liaison with Accounts payable
- Maintaining stationery and other supplies for the Site
- Coordinating bookings/catering requirements for meetings
- Data entry of production, inventory, milk supply etc into system(s)
- Other relevant duties as required
What we are looking for:
- Proven experience as an Office Administrator or similar administrative role
- Excellent organisational and time management skills
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written
- Proficient in the use of different programs (Microsoft Office Suite, SAP knowledge/experience desirable)
- Reliability, professionalism, friendly with a positive attitude
