
Trainee Melanographer

Molechecks Australia is a highly regarded skin cancer diagnosis clinic and is looking to expand its established team of Melanographers.
The successful applicant will undertake computerised screening of patients to detect potentially life-threatening melanoma and other skin cancers, in a medical environment. Ideally you will have a background in nursing or a health-related field. You must demonstrate excellent interpersonal skills and have exceptional attention to detail.
Knowledge of basic computer systems and electronic medical record systems would be an advantage.
Comprehensive training is delivered in-house (initial theoretical training up to 4 weeks) with the potential for further external education.
The successful applicants will be part of a professional team, including doctors, other Melanographers and nurses.
The position will involve shifts ranging between 7am and 8:30pm with the occasional Saturday shift.
Training starts:
- Wed 29 Oct | 1:30pm – 3pm
- Tue 11 Nov | 1pm – 3pm
- Wed 12 Nov | 1:30pm – 3pm
- Wed 19 Nov | 1:30pm – 3pm
- Mon 25 Nov | 1pm – 4pm
- Tue 25 Nov | 1:30pm – 3pm
- Wed 26 Nov | 1:30pm – 3pm
You must have:
Current Working With Children Check
Current CPR Certificate
Valid Driver's Licence
Unrestricted work rights in Australia
