We are seeking experienced Counterbalance Forklift Operators to join our team in a fast-paced loading dock environment. This role involves loading and unloading trucks, handling palletised goods, and working safely within a busy cross-dock operation.

You will be working in COLD storage handling fresh produce from Tasmania, so you must be comfortable with low temperatures and able to work efficiently in this environment.

Roster & Hours:

  • Sunday to Thursday Roster
  • 7:00am starts
  • Sunday penalty rate: $59/hr
  • Weekday rate: $35/hr

Requirements:

  • Proven experience operating a counterbalance forklift
  • Ability to work in cold storage
  • Reliable, safety-focused, and able to work in a fast-paced dock environment
  • Truck drivers will reverse the truck into the dock. You are required to drive into the truck on the Forklift and unload pallets in a safe manner.
  • You will be required to cross check stock and paperwork.
  • Valid forklift licence
