We are currently looking for experienced and passionate cooks/chefs to join our talented kitchen team. Whether you're a seasoned CDP or a strong Commis ready to step up, we want to hear from you.

REQUIREMENTS

  • Proven experience as a Chef in a professional kitchen for at least 1 year

  • Have relevant trade qualifications (Cert III, Cert IV - Diploma) and skills

  • Strong knowledge of food preparation techniques and kitchen operations

  • Strong knowledge and competence in cooking in high high-pressure environment

  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills

  • Availability to work full time, including weekends

SALARY RANGE

$70,000 - $80,000 per year, based on experience and qualifications. (Plus superannuation & tips)
