HC Driver

Multiquip is a leader in servicing the poultry industry, committed to delivering reliable, efficient and safe transport services.

Due to continued growth, we are seeking a proactive and experienced Transport Supervisor to join our team in our Loganholme office.

The Role

The hours are from 9.30pm to 6.00am.

As the HC Driver / Night Shift Supervisor, you will oversee the scheduling, coordination and performance of our drivers and fleet. Your focus will be on ensuring timely deliveries, driver compliance, vehicle safety and operational efficiency.

This role will require the driving of trucks to cover loads in some instances. (Extra loads or staff shortages) HC LICENCE IS ESSENTIAL FOR THIS ROLE.

Key Responsibilities

• Be able to work autonomously
• Supervise and coordinate daily transport operations and delivery schedules
• Monitor driver performance, attendance, and compliance with safety and fatigue regulations
• Liaise with clients and internal teams to ensure service expectations are met
• Investigate and resolve delivery issues or incidents as they arise
• Ensure vehicles are maintained and serviced according to schedules
• Maintain accurate records for compliance, reporting, and KPI tracking

Requirements

• Previous experience in a transport/logistics supervisory role
• Strong understanding of Chain of Responsibility (CoR), fatigue management, and NHVR regulations
• Excellent organisational and communication skills
• Ability to lead a team and resolve issues under pressure
• Knowledge of the following areas: Brisbane Metropolitan, Warwick, Scenic Rim districts preferred but not essential
• Sound computer skills
• Work Sunday to Thursday nights
• Handle emails and emergency calls
