Supervisor Modular Maintenance

• 8/6 days Only roster | FIFO from Perth to the Roy Hill Mine

About the role:

The Modular Maintenance team is currently seeking a Supervisor Modular Maintenance to join them on a 8/6 days Only Roster based at Roy Hill Mine. Reporting to the Superintendent Modular Maintenance, you will be responsible for the safe, efficient, and effective readiness and execution of all maintenance activities during modular shutdowns. This role ensures that all work is completed to the required standards, within the allocated timeframe and budget, and in compliance with relevant site procedures and statutory regulations.

Duties:

• Lead and supervise the execution of planned mechanical maintenance activities during shutdowns, ensuring quality standards and adherence to schedules
• Coordinate with multidisciplinary teams and contractors to ensure seamless integration of activities and compliance with site requirement
• Responsible for shutdown readiness ensuring all aspects of the shutdown are executable by planning and developing detailed work packs, procedures, plans, presentations and schedules, while identifying and procuring necessary materials and equipment
• Participate in post-shutdown reviews to identify lessons learned and areas for improvement

Skills and Experience:

• Proven ability to supervise and lead mechanical maintenance teams, with strong planning, organisational, and time management skills
• Advanced SAP skills
• Trade qualification or equivalent experience, along with a current WA Unrestricted C Class Driver's Licence
• Strong understanding of mechanical systems (e.g., pumps, gearboxes, conveyors, hydraulics, pneumatics)
