We are looking for a resilient, safety conscious, confident and motivated individual to join and support your local communities and ensure our letters and parcels are delivered on time. You'll be working together with a friendly team of likeminded people, and your community relies on you, and it doesn't get better than that

As a Relief Support Postie, you'll be the go-to team member who steps in to cover delivery rounds when others are on leave. It's a dynamic role with variety, responsibility, and the chance to work across different routes and areas.

You'll be

  • Starting your day early in the morning 6amstarts sorting both mail and small parcels.
  • You will deliver on different modes of transportincluding a motorbike, Electric Vehicle (3-wheeler), EMB (Push bike) and on foot
  • Responsible to cover and deliver to multiple rounds with no two days are alike
  • Completing your own daily vehicle safety check.
  • Loading your vehicle with your deliveries for the day.
  • Delivering outdoors in all types of weather to deliver to homes and businesses.
  • Paired up with our experienced Rider Mentors, who are committed to engage and take part in your professional development.

About you

  • You hold a full or probationary motorcycle licence.
  • Experience and/or knowledge working within the courier/delivery industry is advantageous but not mandatory.
  • You're resilient and able to adapt to high volume and pressure.
  • You're flexible with working additional hours if required.
  • You'll successfully pass our mandatory and practical riding assessment.
  • You have a great memory, excellent attention to detail and can lift up to 16kgs of Mail and Parcels regularly.
  • You'll need to meet our safe working load limit of weighing 100kgs or less.
