We are seeking a like minded recruiter and would love to talk to those with experience within the industry or those without experience but that have skills and experience that is transferable.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication
  • Exceptional customer service
  • Ability to work to deadlines
  • Natural drive and a can do attitude
  • Excellent negotiation skills
  • Ability to multi task
  • Can work under pressure
  • A background in Sales would be desired

This role will involve working closely with our team to ensure all clients receive exceptional customer service and support.  Additional responsibilities include;

  • Interviewing candidates
  • Successfully placing candidates in short and long term roles
  • Liaising with, and advising clients on suitable staffing solutions for their business
  • Meeting with clients on-site
  • Meeting and exceeding set and agreed sales targets
  • General administration and customer service
  • Identifying new business opportunities for the branch
