Flexible Scheduling

Once successful, you will be added to our pool of staff in the local area. You will be notified of available shifts close to your area, allowing you to choose those that best fit your schedule.

Shift Times

Inactive sleepover shifts from Mon to Sunday 7.30pm to 8am (12.5 hours shift including 4.5 active hours)

Duties and responsibilities include:

  • Personal care: showering, dressing, grooming and medication assistance.
  • Social support/transportation for social activities, shopping/groceries, travelling to medical appointments.
  • Domestic assistance: light household cleaning, laundry and meal preparation
  • Supporting participants with complex and/or challenging needs
  • Provide updates on participants progress following each service
  • Learning & Life skills Support: To assist participants in learning new skills, e.g. cooking, cleaning, dressing, using transport, and other skills that result in gaining independence.

Requirements:

  • Preferably nursing student currently pursuing Diploma or Bachelors in Nursing
  • A valid Driver's Licence and a reliable vehicle for transporting clients (if needed) and travelling to and between customer locations.
  • National Police Certificate (required) and Working with Children Check (as applicable).
  • NDIS Worker Screening Check (Preferred)
  • Experiences in Community Disability and/or Aged Care Sector essential

Job Types: Part-time, Casual

Pay: $37.50 – $42.00 per hour
