As we continue to expand, we are seeking an experienced, mature and dedicated Enrolled Nurse (EN) to join our dynamic team as a Community Nurse. As an Enrolled Community Nurse, You will:

  • Deliver clinical care to NDIS participants in the community, following individual care plans and assessing client needs.
  • Provide ongoing health assessments, monitoring and management of chronic conditions, and support for participants' daily health needs.
  • Develop and implement nursing interventions, ensuring the highest quality of care and compliance with NDIS standards.
  • Collaborate with participants, their families, and other healthcare professionals to ensure a holistic approach to care.
  • Respond promptly and effectively to changes in a participant's health and wellbeing, initiating referrals and adjustments to care plans as needed.
  • Maintain accurate, up-to-date records and report on clinical outcomes and participant progress.

To Be Successful in this role, You Will Need:

  • Current AHPRA registration as an Enrolled Nurse (EN) with no restrictions.
  • Relevant Nationally recognised nursing qualification.
  • Experience working in the disability sector, preferably with NDIS participants.
  • Strong clinical assessment, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a commitment to person-centred care.
  • A valid driver's licence and reliable transport to travel within the community.
  • NDIS Clearance Check
  • Ability to work flexibly across a range of shifts, including evenings and weekends.
