The Opportunity:

Join our team supporting the Coles Construction and Store Development teams

As our new Refrigeration Project Manager, you'll play a critical role in planning, executing, and overseeing refrigeration refurbishments and new store installations. You'll ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest standards—including equipment specification accuracy and delivery. You'll also oversee the handover process for new and refurbished supermarkets, ensuring the integrity and performance of refrigeration installations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with Coles Construction and Store Development teams on refrigeration planning.
  • Provide day-to-day support for refrigeration renewal and new store installations.
  • Ensure projects are delivered within strict deadlines and budgetary parameters.
  • Oversee project handover for new and refurbished supermarkets, witnessing plant operation and installation integrity.

What you need:

  • Degree or Diploma in a relevant engineering stream, or trade qualification with proven technical experience.
  • Minimum 5 years' practical experience in project management and supermarket refrigeration system commissioning.
  • Proven ability to deliver refrigeration installation and commissioning projects on time, at the specified quality level, and within budget.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Demonstrated supervisory/project management experience.
  • Australian drivers licence as local and interstate travel required.
  • Full Australian working rights.
