  • Experienced in a course-based dining, able to determine proper courses for each dish (entree, main, dessert) while maintaining correct timing between each courses.

  • Experienced in the basic tools of waitering: carrying trays with wine glasses, carrying 3 plates at a time, no when to engage with guests and when to prioritise operations

  • Ability to carry him/herself in a professional manner, carrying the restaurant's image

  • Build guests rapport: Confident and able to speak to guests to make them feel welcomed and provide great service to establish return guests
