We are seeking dedicated professionals to provide outstanding customer service experience to our guests. As a server, you will be responsible for delivering food and beverage service to conferences, events, and weddings guests.

To excel in this role, you must have:

  • A minimum of 1 year of experience in a similar role in a restaurant or functions venue.
  • A genuine passion for food and beverage with the ability to build connections with all our guests.
  • A la carte waiter experience.
  • A valid RSA certificate.
  • A desire for service excellence.
  • A basic understanding of wines and spirits.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure in a high volume environment.
  • Initiative and teamwork skills.
  • Good personal presentation.
  • Self-motivation.
