What We're Looking for in Our Next Dental Receptionist

We are after someone who's more than just great at admin—you're the friendly face that makes patients feel welcome and cared for from the moment they walk in.

Here's what makes you a great fit:


• Dental Experience: 2+ years in a dental clinic is a must.


• Tech-Savvy: Confident with dental software and scheduling systems.


• Excellent Communicator: Clear, compassionate, and professional with our patients and team members.


• Financial Know-How: Ability to help patients understand treatment costs, insurance, and payment options.


• Patient-Focused: Warm, calm, and reassuring with all our patients.


• Detail-Oriented: Accuracy matters when it comes to scheduling and coordinating treatment plans.


• Team Player: Collaborative, proactive, and always ready to support the team.


• Providing support: To our Practice Coordinator with a range of tasks.


• Cert III in Dental Assisting: A bonus, but not essential.

The role requires availability on Thursday & Friday 8:30am- 6:30pm and Saturday 8:30am-4:30pm. The candidate must be able to work all these days. Higher rates apply on Saturday's.
