The Role: As a member of our floral merchandising team, you will enhance the shopping experience for customers by maintaining stunning floral displays in stores. Your area of service will be Toowoomba.

Key Details:

  • Work Schedule: 3 days/week - Tuesday, Thursday and Saturday.
  • Hours: Approximately hours per week

Responsibilities:

  • Merchandising our product range in major supermarket chains within your assigned area
  • Creating and maintaining beautiful point-of-sale displays
  • Monitoring stock levels and collaborating with store managers to ensure product availability
  • Transporting stock from the loading dock to the shop floor, unpacking, and creatively displaying (lifting up to 12kgs)
  • Ensuring the display area is clean and checking product quality
  • Engaging with customers and liaising with store and department managers

Ideal Candidate: We invite applicants who possess the following skills and attributes:

  • A reliable car and a valid Australian driver's license are essential
  • Retail, supermarket, or merchandising experience is a plus, but not mandatory

  • A well-presented professional with a flair for creativity
  • Reliable, physically fit, and comfortable working independently
