The Role

We're looking for a Training & Implementation Specialist / Post Implementation Support team member to join our small team. Located in Carrum Downs, VIC with some flexibility for remote work, our new team member will be responsible for delivering training and support to customers, and providing ongoing customer service and technical support. Key tasks include onboarding new users, conducting training sessions, troubleshooting issues, and supporting software implementation.

Key Responsibilities

• Client training, on boarding and product information webinars daily,
• Client on going client helpdesk support via telephone, email, webinar and chat,
• Gather requirements for new client installations and setups,
• Authenticate and validate new client platforms ensuring readiness for Go Live and client handover,
• Troubleshoot technical client matters and solutions with our team and developers,
• Log tasks with our developers and and see tasks through to client resolution,
• Maintain client help manual and support material within the software,
• Lead and make decisions with the team for conferences, product days and marketing initiatives, and
• Attending industry events, conferences and our annual product day.
