We're on the hunt for experienced Food and Beverage Attendants with a passion for exceptional customer service As a service attendant, you'll be the face of our store and the first point of contact with our customers. Your main goal is to deliver a top-tier experience, ensuring our guests leave with a smile.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Greet and seat customers with a warm welcome

  • Introduce our menus and walk through dish and drink options

  • Recommend our specialties to enhance their dining experience

  • Take and accurately process orders

  • Deliver orders promptly and ensure satisfaction

  • Follow food, hygiene, and safety standards to ensure quality service

  • Inspect dishes for quality and presentation, ensuring they meet our high standards

  • Address customer requests and resolve any issues or complaints

  • Provide checks and process payments efficiently

  • Work closely with other team members to ensure smooth operations

  • Keep the floor clean and organised, clearing tables as needed

  • Strong customer service skills with a friendly, approachable demeanour

  • You're a natural multi-tasker who greets everyone with a positive attitude

  • Excellent problem-solving and critical thinking abilities

  • A true team player who thrives in a collaborative environment

  • Skilled in time management and able to stay calm under pressure

  • Exceptional communication skills, both with customers and team members

  • Ability to work quickly, with urgency, and maintain a high level of service
