As the
Gaming Manager
reporting to the Director of Gaming Machines Operations, this role offers an extraordinary opportunity to both lead and inspire the Electronic Gaming team, providing a positive and memorable guest experience. This is a fantastic opportunity where you can put your skills and knowledge to the test to deliver a thrilling new era for Gaming at The Star Sydney.

A few of your responsibilities

• Supporting the Director and other Gaming Managers to oversee the daily gaming operations
• Motivating and engaging team members to continuously improve and deliver guest excellence
• Promoting a positive working relationship across the team
• Ensuring the integrity of the company & gaming machine operations
• Passionate with fostering team members achieving their career goals.

What we are looking for:

• 5 years leadership experience ideally working in a Casino Industry
• Excellent relationship building skills
• Strong understanding of casino rules, regulations and reporting requirements
• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills
• Attention to detail and dedication to maintaining game integrity

About you:

You will need to demonstrate accountability, resource management, cost control and effective leadership in people management coupled with effective communication and motivational skills.
