St Monica's College is a Catholic co-educational College (Years serving the northern suburbs of Melbourne and is governed under the authority of Melbourne Archdiocese Catholic Schools Limited (MACS).

Our College is located on three metropolitan campuses in Epping and Reservoir and a rural campus, Ostia, in Strath Creek for spiritual retreat.  Epping campuses are walking distance from each other and the Epping train station.

A vacancy exists for a part time, three days per week, Teacher of Religious Education (Years This is a contract position commencing Monday, 6 October 2025 for the remainder of the school year. Ongoing employment will be considered.

Candidates must have the ability to plan, work and learn in a team environment.  They must also have excellent classroom management skills and have a commitment to the ethos of Catholic Education and contemporary pedagogues.

Skills/Experience

  • Bachelor/Masters of Education

  • An ability to develop and maintain professional and caring relationships with students, parents and colleagues
  • An ability to create an engaging, educational and challenging learning environment that caters for the needs of all students

Salary for this position is based on experience in accordance with the Teacher scale of the Catholic Education Multi-Enterprise Agreement 2022 (CEMEA) as varied from time to time.
