We are seeking an experienced
Trainer Assessor
to join our team at
Collinsville Mine
on a 9 Day Fortnight roster.

In this role, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality workplace training and assessments to site personnel, ensuring compliance with site procedures, safety requirements, and industry regulations, while working closely with operations teams to provide practical instruction and evaluate competence across a range of tasks.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver training and assessment in accordance with site and legislative requirements
• Conduct competency assessments and maintain accurate training records
• Provide work skill instruction to employees and contractors
• Support continuous improvement in training practices and safety outcomes

Mandatory Qualifications & Requirements

• TAEASS412 - Assess Competence
• TAEDEL311 - Provide Work Skill Instruction
• Coal Board Medical and Standard 11 (or be willing to obtain)
• Previous experience in a mining or heavy industry environment

Candidates With The Following Will Be Highly Regarded

• High Risk Work Licence or RII for Non-Slew Crane, Dogging, Forklift, Elevated Work Platform, Gantry Crane
• TLIF0020 - Safely Access the Rail Corridor
• Working at Heights
• Confined Space
• Gas Test Atmospheres
• Heavy Rigid Driver's Licence or suitable RII
