About the Role:

We are seeking a skilled Field Service Technician (Junior-Mid Level) to support our service team with equipment delivery, maintenance, and onsite servicing. This role suits someone with practical experience in appliance servicing or refrigeration maintenance, who is confident working independently and eager to take on increased responsibility.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver detergents, equipment, and spare parts to client sites across Sydney, ensuring accurate and safe transportation.
  • Top up and maintain detergent dispensing systems at client locations to ensure optimal operation.
  • Assist with loading, unloading and organising stock in the service vehicle.
  • Support senior technicians with routine and some intermediate maintenance and servicing tasks.
  • Maintain and manage a clean, organised, and fully stocked service van to enable efficient daily operations.
  • Follow strict safety procedures and company policies to uphold high-quality service standards.
  • Communicate clearly with the service team and report any issues, delays, or client feedback promptly.

Ideal Candidate:

  • At least 1-2 years' experience working with hand tools and performing maintenance, preferably on appliances or refrigeration systems.
  • Confident in fault finding, basic electrical and mechanical repairs, and routine servicing.
  • Valid driver's licence with a clean driving record - manual license preferred.
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to work both independently and collaboratively.
  • Reliable, punctual, and safety-conscious with a professional attitude.
  • Available for flexible hours, including Monday to Friday and occasional Saturday's if required.
  • Authorised to work in Australia and available for an in-person interview.

Desirable Skills & Experience:

  • Experience with domestic/commercial appliance or equipment handling.
  • Ability to manage stock and vehicle organisation efficiently.
  • Good navigation skills to travel confidently across Sydney.
  • Willingness to learn and develop technical skills towards a fully qualified technician role.
