Business Analyst – Shape Solutions That Make a Real Impact

We're looking for an adaptable, inquisitive
Business Analyst
to join a collaborative internal tech team. In this role, you'll be central to eliciting requirements, refining processes, and supporting the delivery of software solutions used across a global business. Your work won't disappear into a void — it will directly influence the way teams operate every day.

What You'll Do

  • Work with stakeholders to capture, clarify, and challenge business requirements
  • Produce clear documentation, user stories, process maps, and improvement recommendations
  • Review and enhance existing business processes
  • Collaborate closely with developers, QA engineers, tech leads, and support teams
  • Support backlog refinement, sprint planning, and Agile delivery rhythms
  • Provide guidance to end users, assist with issue analysis, and contribute to continuous improvement

What You Bring

  • Experience as a Business Analyst in tech-enabled environments
  • Strong requirements-gathering, problem-solving, and communication skills
  • Confidence facilitating workshops and engaging stakeholders at all levels
  • Solid understanding of Agile methodologies
  • Ability to work independently, meet deadlines, and stay calm under pressure
  • Good knowledge of MS Office and Visio
  • Nice to have: SQL basics, Jira experience, BPMN, project delivery exposure, or familiarity with cloud/infrastructure concepts
