Role Description
The Restaurant Manager will be responsible for overseeing daily operations of our nationally awarded restaurant, ensuring high standards of customer service and satisfaction, managing staff, training processes, and maintaining communication within the team. Additional responsibilities include supervising food and beverage operations, ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations, and handling customer inquiries and complaints efficiently.
Qualifications
- Exceptional Customer Satisfaction and Customer Service skills
- Proven experience in Hiring and staff management
- Strong Communication skills
- Experience in Food and Beverage management
- Excellent organizational and leadership abilities
- Ability to handle stressful situations and resolve conflicts efficiently
- Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management preferred

- Above award salary package negotiable on experience
- Accommodation of 2 bedroom cottage at attractive rental available for right applicant
