$2k + / week package negotiable (including / excluding company vehicle) relative to current skills.

Full time 5am - 3pm or 6:30am - 4:30pm. Also a flexible 50hr week option.

Autonomous, hands on role of impact and satisfaction, not paperwork or bulk screentime.

Creative flexibility working with current fitter and operators who have been with us over a decade.

Join our existing team (alongside ABB robots) in our largely automated production facility in Bibra Lake.

Our goal is to add to our business, the ability to constantly improve our operation for high quality team work conditions and product.

This requires always re thinking, building and improving plant and machinery, large and small, whilst ensuring these items are maintained along the journey.

Our new team member will be trained and guided into a full time role creating and caring for our many innovative proposals for the future and refining current plant and methods.

Your base ability and experience may be around some, but not all of the elements below to be considered (An experienced individual will be at your side to fill the gaps and bounce the ideas / solutions around with).

Being familiar with electrical importance and contribution to a production line based around PLC's and ABB robotics, accompanying and controlling motor and gearbox end driven components is an advantage.

General mechanical, welding and fabrication, fitting or servicing experience can provide a launching pad into all of the below with our training and supervision.

Maintenance, fault finding, repair, building or improvement of batching plants, robots, shotblast machines, raw material and finished product transporter systems using

  • conveyors, bearings, augers, chains and gear boxes.

  • hydraulics, pumps, filters, solenoids, pneumatics and valves.

  • weigh cells, sensors, spray units, switches and electrical components.

  • small turbines, forklifts, bobcats and general mechanical items.

Maturity and dedication to safety and quality of machinery, product and team must be your nature.

Our factory has no place for agro, negativity, dishonesty, racism or sexism and it shall be removed immediately if it presents itself.

Flexible 10hr day Monday to Friday. Overtime available weekdays and weekends. Any rostered time day or night available for discussion.
