The Opportunity

Rondo is undergoing an exciting evolution driving innovation through advanced R&D, material selection, and engineering design. Powering this shift is our innovative customer platform and a portfolio of differentiated solutions.

We're looking for a proactive and inspiring Technical Solutions Manager to lead customer onboarding and champion new product launches by engaging with contractors, distributors, builders, architects, and consulting engineers. You'll work across the entire project lifecycle, from early design and specification through to on-site installation, ensuring all stakeholders have the knowledge, tools, and confidence to deliver with Rondo systems.

Key Responsibilities

As the Technical Solutions Manager, you will play a pivotal role in increasing revenue market share for new products by:

  • Leading customer onboarding for the Rondo NEXUS platform
  • Providing user education and technical support
  • Designing and executing national training programs for customers and employees
  • Delivering technical presentations to support product launches and market adoption
  • Collaborating with stakeholders to create technical content that reinforces Rondo's leadership in the industry

The Successful Candidate

The successful candidate will be a technically savvy and commercially minded professional with a passion for training, product enablement and customer engagement. To succeed in this role you will also have:

  • Bachelor's degree in engineering systems – Civil Engineering (or similar)
  • 5+ years in the building and construction industry
  • Strong technical understanding of Rondo products
  • Experience in project/ product portfolio management
  • Excellent presentation and communication skills
  • Ideally based in Erskine Park, NSW — however, we're open to VIC or QLD locations for the right candidate
