Join Our Team at AKKF as a Program Support or Program Lead - Recruiting Nationally

Are you passionate about empowering young people and making a positive community impact? About Us:

At AKKF, we are committed to delivering engaging youth programs that promote growth, well-being, and community connection. We empower young people to thrive beyond the impacts of family mental illness.  Join our passionate team and contribute to meaningful outcomes for young people

About our programs:

Activity days are held throughout the year, nationally and provide an opportunity for children to connect, improve mental health literacy and improve help-seeking behaviours. Kookaburra Kids catch up with friends from camp for a fun day out. Activities can include ice skating, laser tag, bowling, movies, putt putt golf and beach activities just to name a few.

Camps occur throughout the calendar year, nationally and provide an opportunity for connection via a Chat Group to learn about mental illness and to share and also sees young people and program staff participate in a range of fun activities such as canoeing, archery, giant swings, go-karts and much more

Program Lead role overview:

As a Program Lead you will take the lead in managing, and overseeing camp programs and activity days, ensuring they meet organisational goals, safety standards, and young person needs. Your leadership will inspire teams and create memorable, impactful experiences for young people.
