Ecommerce Coordinator

Monty's is a growing pre-loved luxury and collectables business specialising in second-hand jewellery, watches, designer handbags, art and unique pieces. We're looking for a hands-on Ecommerce Manager to take ownership of our online sales channels and help us showcase our stock beautifully online.

Key Responsibilities

⦁ Oversee the day-to-day management of our WooCommerce website and eBay store, ensuring everything runs smoothly.

⦁ Create high-quality product listings for our second-hand items (jewellery, watches, designer fashion, art & collectables) with accurate descriptions, pricing, and photos.

⦁ Optimise all eBay listings for visibility, search ranking, and conversion.

⦁ Respond to customer enquiries via email and platform messages, providing helpful, friendly service and guiding them toward a purchase.

⦁ Create, manage, and optimise Google Ads (AdWords) campaigns and maintain our Google Business Profile.

⦁ Implement SEO best practices across product pages, category pages, and site content to improve organic traffic.

⦁ Plan, create and send weekly EDMs and promotional emails (experience with Klaviyo highly regarded).

⦁ Create and update website pages, images, banners and content, ensuring they are on-brand, up to date, and optimised.

⦁ Manage and update WordPress plugins and perform basic troubleshooting.

⦁ Use HTML/CSS where required to tweak layouts, fix formatting, or enhance product and landing pages.

⦁ Assist with creating shipping labels and supporting the general ecommerce workflow when orders come in.

Experience & Skills

⦁ Proven experience managing an ecommerce store. WooCommerce/WordPress is would be highly regarded.

⦁ Minimum 1-2 years of ecommerce store management experience.

⦁ Confident using the WordPress dashboard, adding and updating products, pages, media, menus and plugins.

⦁ Hands-on experience with WooCommerce: product data, categories, shipping rules, coupons/discounts, and order management.

⦁ Good understanding of SEO principles and how they apply to product listings and site structure.

⦁ Experience running or assisting with Google Ads campaigns and working with Google Analytics/GA4 or similar.

⦁ Strong written communication skills and high attention to detail, especially for product descriptions and customer messages.

⦁ Comfortable with basic technical troubleshooting (e.g. plugin conflicts, broken pages).

⦁ Australian work rights required.

Nice to have (but not essential):

⦁ Experience with Klaviyo or similar email marketing platforms.

⦁ Previous experience with eBay listing tools and optimisation.

⦁ Interest in pre-loved luxury, vintage jewellery, watches or designer fashion.
