What You'll Do

  • Lead the Charge on Prevention: Use safety data to identify high-risk tasks and implement game-changing strategies to eliminate injuries, especially musculoskeletal and repetitive strain risks.

  • Innovate for Wellbeing: Design fit-for-purpose programs that enhance physical and psychological health, creating a workplace where people feel supported and empowered.

  • Support Recovery with Purpose: Develop tailored return-to-work plans with alternative duties that keep injured workers engaged and on the path to recovery.

  • Inspire a Safety-First Culture: Deliver engaging training and collaborate with teams across Mildura, Swan Hill, Robinvale and Kerang to embed prevention in everything we do.

  • Build Connections: Partner with managers, WorkSafe, health providers, and more to drive a holistic approach to safety and wellbeing.

Who You Are

You're a prevention powerhouse with a passion for keeping people safe and well. You bring:

  • Tertiary qualifications in an Allied Health profession (e.g., physiotherapy, occupational therapy) or equivalent experience in injury prevention/recovery.

  • Expertise in workplace safety, ergonomic assessments, or return-to-work programs.

  • Knowledge of the Workers Compensation and Injury Management Act 1981.

  • Stellar communication skills to inspire change and build relationships across diverse teams.

  • A valid driver's license and readiness to work across our regional locations.
