About Us

Alfresco Emporium is a leading Australian lifestyle retailer, offering a beautifully curated range of homewares, furniture, dining, and décor. With a strong focus on quality, service, and experience, we are excited to be expanding with a brand new store opening in Glenhaven, NSW this September.

We are seeking a passionate and experienced Store Manager to lead this exciting new location and be part of building the team and store culture from the ground up.

Prior to the store opening, training will take place at our Collaroy location to immerse you in the Alfresco Emporium brand, systems, and culture.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and inspire a new team to deliver exceptional service and drive sales
  • Oversee store presentation, stock management and visual merchandising to brand standards
  • Manage rosters, staff training, and performance
  • Collaborate with Head Office to ensure a smooth store opening and ongoing operations
  • Build strong customer relationships and foster brand loyalty in the new local market

About You

  • Proven experience in a senior retail management role (homewares, lifestyle, or fashion experience preferred)
  • Confident in leading, motivating, and developing a team
  • Strong operational and visual merchandising skills
  • Customer-focused with a passion for creating beautiful, engaging retail environments
  • Highly organised, adaptable, and ready to take on a new challenge
