As we prepare to launch globally (US, UK, EU, EMEA), we're building a world-class Engineering & Product team — and we're looking for a Senior Data Science Engineer to help scale our personalised content recommendation engine.

The Role

You'll work alongside our Chief Data Scientist and engineering team to design, deploy, and optimise ML models that deliver meaningful, personalised experiences. Beyond building models, you'll establish MLOps pipelines, improve data quality and reporting workflows, and ensure our systems scale with customer demand.

This is a hands-on, senior role for someone who thrives in ambiguity, enjoys autonomy, and is motivated by impact.

What You'll Bring

  • 5+ years in Data Science or ML Engineering
  • Strong Python skills & experience with AWS (Glue, Lambda, S3, SageMaker)
  • Knowledge of IaC (Terraform or CloudFormation)
  • Hands-on MLOps experience (automation, monitoring, CI/CD)
  • Git-based workflows and collaboration best practices

Nice to have:

  • Experience with synthetic data/augmentation
  • Startup or scale-up experience
  • Published work, open-source contributions, or portfolio (GitHub, Jupyter)
  • Additional languages (C, C++, Rust)
