About the Opportunity

RQC Group lives by its values of Respect, Quality, and Connection, and we support this with our mantra of "We Care".  We are seeking aFinance Manager to manage our financial operations and provide strategic financial insights across our group of businesses. This is an exciting opportunity for a hands-on finance leader to build our Team while managing financial reporting, budgeting, cash flow, and compliance while ensuring the integrity of our financial processes.

As the Finance Manager, you will lead a small team, working closely with our External Accountant and Business Advisory team, and our Senior Management team.

This role will be a key business partner to Directors and Senior Managers, providing financial insights to support decision-making and drive growth.

About the Role


• Leading the finance function across all entities associated with RQC Group.  This includes both internal entities and also external partner entities.


• Managing financial reporting, budgeting, cashflow, and forecasting to support business strategy.


• Developing and implementing financial processes to enhance operations and ensure compliance in all financial areas.


• Providing proactive financial analysis and reporting to assist our senior leadership team in making informed decisions.


• Development and training of our finance team to ensure best outcomes.


• Proactively interact with external resources to maintain knowledge and ensure ongoing best practice.

About You


• Do you have a degree in Accounting or Finance (CA or CPA preferred.


• Do you have proven experience in leading and developing a finance team.


• Do you have proven experience in developing and managing financial systems and processes.


• Do you have proven experience in managing in multiple entity organisations.


• Do you have proven experience in stakeholder management at multiple levels.
