Exciting Opportunity: Site Supervisor – Custom Homebuilder | Inner Suburbs Brisbane

Are you ready to take the lead on stunning residential builds with a reputable and growing custom homebuilder? We're on the hunt for a hands-on Building Supervisor to join our client's expanding team in Brisbane's inner suburbs.

Enjoy a competitive salary package of $120,000 - $140,000 plus superannuation (dependent on experience), along with a company car, laptop, and phone.

What you'll be doing:

  • Oversee the construction of 10-12 beautiful residential projects at once, managing all aspects of the build from start to finish.
  • Drive exceptional quality and performance from subcontractors and trades, ensuring every detail meets our high standards.
  • Communicate clearly and proactively with clients and subcontractors to keep projects on track, on time, and within budget.
  • Champion Health, Safety, and Environmental (HSE) compliance on every site.

What we're looking for:

  • Education: Cert IV in Building & Construction or a related degree preferred. A QBCC Supervision Licence is essential.
  • Experience: A trade background is preferred but not essential.
  • At least 12 months' supervisory experience. Stable work history and team leadership skills are a must.
  • Personal qualities: Strong leadership, professional presentation, outstanding communication skills, and a clear commitment to HSE standards.
