This client requires a
Senior MuleSoft Developer
to act as a technical leader in designing and implementing their integration backbone using the
MuleSoft Anypoint Platform
. You will be instrumental in
architecting
resilient, scalable, and secure APIs, connecting everything from legacy ERP systems to new cloud applications and industrial IoT data streams. This role is critical to the client's digital twin and smart factory initiatives.

What You'll Do

  • Lead the design and development
    of APIs and integration solutions following MuleSoft's
    API-led connectivity
    practises
    using
    Anypoint Studio
    .
  • Develop complex data transformations
    and mappings using
    DataWeave
    , ensuring data integrity and performance between disparate systems (e.g., SAP, MES, CRM).
  • Architect and implement advanced error handling, logging, and monitoring
    strategies for production flows deployed across CloudHub or Runtime Fabric.
  • Define and enforce API security policies
    and governance standards within the Anypoint Platform, ensuring compliance for sensitive industrial data.
  • Collaborate closely
    with enterprise architects, functional analysts, and technical teams to translate business requirements into technical integration designs.
  • Optimise
    the performance and scalability of existing Mule flows, performing performance tuning and load testing to meet enterprise SLAs.
  • Mentor and guide
    junior developers on integration best
    practises
    and platform capabilities.

What You'll Bring

  • 6+ years of professional experience in integration development, with at least 3 years dedicated to the
    MuleSoft Anypoint Platform
    in a senior capacity.
  • Expert-level proficiency in developing, testing, and deploying complex Mule flows and APIs using
    DataWeave
    for advanced data transformation.
  • Strong knowledge of the API lifecycle, security protocols (OAuth 2.0, JWT), and application of policies within Anypoint Platform.
  • Proven experience with integration patterns involving major enterprise systems (e.g., SAP, Salesforce, Oracle).
  • Active certification as a
    MuleSoft Certified Developer (MCD)
    or
    MuleSoft Certified Architect (MCA)
    is highly desirable.
  • Proficiency with CI/CD tools (e.g., Maven, Jenkins, Azure DevOps) for automated deployment of Mule applications.
  • Exceptional communication and analytical skills, with the ability to lead technical discussions and document integration architecture.
