Job Description: MuleSoft Senior Developer

Role Overview:

We are seeking a Senior MuleSoft Developer with proven expertise of 5-7 years hands on experience to play a pivotal role in delivering robust, scalable, and secure integration solutions using MuleSoft Anypoint Platform. This role involves hands-on development, technical leadership, and team membership. This role works closely with MuleSoft Integration Architect assisting designing MuleSoft solutions and manage small team of MuleSoft Junior Developers ensuring quality delivery, adherence to standards and effective collaboration across teams.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with Integration architect to translate complex business requirements into scalable integrated solutions.
• Lead the design, development, and deployment of MuleSoft APIs and integrations aligned with architectural standards set by the MuleSoft Integration Architect.
• Establish MuleSoft Development Best Practices and Review Checklist.
• Develop reusable MuleSoft components, templates to streamline development.
• Design, develop and deploy APIs and integrations using MuleSoft Anypoint Platform, MuleSoft Anypoint Code Builder (ACB) /Anypoint Studio following MuleSoft API Led Approach.
• Drive API lifecycle management including security, versioning, and governance through API manager.
• Troubleshoot and debug complex integration issues including performance tuning and root cause analysis.
• Support CICD activities thorough automation tools such as Jenkins Maven and Git.
• Create and maintain detailed technical design documentation, standards, and best practices.
• Facilitate knowledge sharing sessions and promote continuous learning within the team.
• Participate in sprint planning, design, reviews, and stakeholder meetings to ensure alignment on deliverables and timelines.

Required Skills & Experience:

• 5-7 years of hands-on experience with MuleSoft Anypoint Platform.
• Experience in MuleSoft Anypoint API platform on designing and implementing Mule APIs by documenting and designing REST API's using RAML.
• Strong skills in Java and DataWeave for complex data transformations.
• Solid understanding of API Security aspects such as Oauth 2.0, JWT etc.
• Experience integrating Salesforce with third-party systems (REST/SOAP APIs, middleware).
• Familiarity with DevOps tools and CICD pipelines.
• MuleSoft Certified MuleSoft Developer (MCD).
• Strong verbal, written, analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Experience in mentoring and leading junior developers in the team.

Nice–To-Have:

• Exposure to cloud platforms like AWS, Azure, or Salesforce.
• Experience in working with other integration platforms such as Boomi, Tibco, Azure Integration Solutions etc.
• Knowledge of containerization (Docker/Kubernetes) and messaging systems (Kafka, JMS).
• In-depth knowledge of database concepts and data management (RDBMS) and SQL.
