Supervisor Position Available

We are seeking an experienced Supervisor based in South Brisbane/Logan with a solid background in the construction industry. If you are an organised individual with a positive attitude, are motivated and results-driven we'd love to hear from you. In this role, you'll be responsible for providing support and overseeing multiple projects, all while enjoying the flexibility of working from site and home. Experience preferred in at least one of the following skills:

Carpentry, Painting, Tiling, Plastering, Fencing or General Handyman Duties.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee daily operations across multiple projects
  • Looking through upcoming jobs to spot any potential issues to ensure the jobs run smoothly
  • Manage material orders and supplier relationships
  • Conduct site visits when required
  • Ensuring jobs are completed within allocated time & materials
  • Utilising process' and ensuring they are followed
  • Support team development and performance
