We're Hiring Swim Teacher/Coach – Bayside Swim School

We're looking for a passionate Swim Teacher/Coach to join our friendly team from 6 October 2025.

About the role

  • Casual position with shifts before, during and after school hours
  • Shifts are set for the full 10-week term — you commit to the same roster, and we commit to giving you those same shifts every week
  • Work across our Wynnum, Manly and Carina locations
  • Teach school swimming, learn to swim, and squad programs
  • A mix of in-water teaching and pool-deck coaching

What we're looking for

  • Current Swim Teacher qualifications, First Aid and CPR (or training towards these)
  • Working With Children Check (or willing to obtain)
  • Pool Lifeguard certification is a bonus
  • Enthusiastic, patient, and great with kids and families
