Graduate Accountant – Kickstart Your Career with Real Growth Opportunities

Due to continued growth, we are looking for Graduate Accountants or students in the final stages of their accounting degree to join our in-office team in a full-time capacity.

About the Role

This entry-level role is ideal for recent graduates or final-year students in accounting or commerce. You'll gain hands-on experience and be mentored by experienced professionals across:


• Tax Compliance – Preparation of tax returns for individuals, companies, and trusts, from startups to complex group structures.


• Business Advisory Support – Assisting senior team members with BAS, IAS, and ATO reporting obligations.


• Client Engagement – Supporting clients with bookkeeping, reconciliations, coding queries, STP reporting, and superannuation obligations.


• Collaborative Teamwork – Working alongside advisors and managers to deliver exceptional client service and practical solutions.

About You

We're looking for someone who is enthusiastic, curious, and eager to grow:


• Completing or recently completed a Bachelor of Accounting/Commerce


• 6–12 months of experience in public practice is ideal but not essential


• Confident using Excel, Word, and Office365


• A desire to pursue CA/CPA qualifications


• Excellent communication skills and a proactive, professional attitude


• Strong attention to detail and willingness to learn in a supportive environment
