Millers Strata Maintenance offers care taking services to the strata industry.  We offer services such as common area cleaning and maintenance, gardening and lawn mowing services.  Millers Strata Maintenance is a family owned and run business and has been operating for nearly 30 years in the Eastern suburbs area of Sydney and prides itself in offering a high standard to its clients.  We have a great team and always work hard to develop and maintain great relationships between staff and clients.

About the role

The Lawn mowing role within our business, is to maintain the grounds of the buildings we maintain to a high level, this in turn compliments our care taking services and keeps our buildings pristine and our clients happy.

The key tasks of the role are and not limited to, carrying out lawn mowing jobs to a high standard, meeting with clients, machinery maintenance and reporting back to management staff of any issues.  This role will also include helping out gardening staff and helping out with strata cleaning and bin runs

Skills and experience

We are looking for Lawn mowing people with commercial experience in general mowing and possibly gardening and garden beautification experience.  Precision hedge trimming, good working knowledge of lawns, some disease and pest recognition would be a bonus. Good machinery knowledge would come in handy,  experience in dealing with clients and complaints resolution with good time management skills are what we look for in potential staff.
